Brokers Renew Online
The Real Estate Division now has launched the first stage of online license renewal. Right now Broker licensees can renewal online. Renewal for broker/salesman, salesman, community association management, appraisers and others will follow. We will keep you updated as more licensee options become available. Fannie Mae Announcement Addresses Several NAR Appraisal Concerns
Fannie Mae's Selling Guide Updates and Additional Guidance on Appraisal-Related Policies, Announcement SEL-2010-09, addresses many concerns raised by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) regarding the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC).The guidance states that Fannie Mae requires lenders to use appraisers with geographic competency.
