The Ombudsman Service is a free service provided to REALTORS®, clients and costumers to quickly resolve issues.
If you feel that a REALTOR® has violated the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, complete the Ethics Complaint Package and submit it to the Association for investigation.
Arbitration requests are for monetary disputes. Please complete and submit the arbitration package and send to the Association for review. Arbitration requests must be submitted with a $100 filing fee.
Mediation requests are available to resolve a variety of disputes between parties. This process can be less confrontational then an Arbitraiton proceeding. Mediation requests must be submitted with a $75 filing fee.
