Residential Disclosure Guide Update
The Real Estate Division has updated the ‘Residential Disclosure Guide”. We are working hard to post the new disclosure guide in the ZipForms library. In the meantime Please click here to obtain the guide. Remember, this guide must be by signed by your client and retained in your transaction file. This guide does not need to be counter – signed. The new guide addresses the revised Duties Owed Form and the Authorization to Negotiate Directly to the Seller, the Waiver Form and it addresses Condominium Hotels. Wine and Jazz
The Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® will host its 9th Wine & Jazz Jubilee on Thursday, October 9h, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the National Auto Museum. The proceeds will benefit Truckee Meadows Habitat for Humanity.
The National Auto Museum is a terrific venue for this event as it offers guests an opportunity to sip wines, and sample delicious delicacies while strolling through time. Live Jazz music adds to this unique event. A silent auction and raffle provide attendees with an opportunity to bid and win some fabulous items. This year, we will also feature several local celebrities as wine pourers.
