Parking Lot Closure
RSAR has scheduled resealing of the parking lot to begin at 8:00 a.m. Friday, July 17th through Sunday, July 19th. There will be no access to the parking lot during this period. RSAR & NNRMLS offices will be open for business, but parking will be limited to the street and entrance to the building will be via the rear (south) entrance. If at all possible, we recommend members conduct any personal face-to-face business at the Association offices prior to that date. Barring any unexpected delays, the parking lot and business as normal should resume on Monday, July 20th. Thank you for your patience.

Out of Area Lockboxes
We have had several members purchase lockboxes from real estate agents outside of the NNRMLS lockbox area such as California. Please note that if you do purchase lockboxes that are not already programmed for the NNRMLS area, they will need to be deprogrammed by the original owner's association. Once the lockbox has been deprogrammed, you can then bring them to RSAR to be added into our system and assigned to you. There will be a charge of $5.00 per lockbox. This fee only applies to lockboxes that are not programmed for the NNRMLS area. If you have any questions please send an email to nancy@rsar.net.
