Remember that the REALTOR® Code of Ethics training must be completed by December 31, 2008. The following certificates will be accepted as satisfying the requirement:
"Play Fair: Our Personal and Professional Ethics" (Ben Scheible at 826-8583)
"You Decided: Ethics Case Studies in Nevada" (Ben Scheible at 826-8583)
"Decisions Decisions" (Janice Copple at 336-3500)
"Ethics and the Law" (Only offered at 2008 EdExpo event or through GLVAR)
"Protect Your Business Reduce Your Risk" (2007 certificates only)
"Ethics in Real Estate" (2007 certificates only)
NAR Second Cycle Code of Ethics training (available online at www.realtor.org)

Please be sure that your office is using the most current forms such as “New Member” applications and RSAR “Credit Report Authorization”. Newest version of forms can be found under the “Membership" tab on the left hand side of the RSAR site. It is very important that newest forms are used. We will not accept an outdated form. Incomplete or outdated forms will not be processed.
