Course Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled two (2) business days prior to the course will be refunded. Registration ends at 3:00 p.m. the business day prior to the course. Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. RSAR will make a reasonable attempt to offer or recommend alternative options to earn CE/PL credit in the event of a cancellation. All registrations are subject to space availability. You will be notified if the course is full.

License Renewal Online

All licensees are able to renew online. It’s quick and easy. Just a few simple steps and you’re finished. Please be sure that you correctly input your education information to ensure that there are no delays with your license renewal. The Real Estate Division does cross reference your education records so it is important that you accurately report your Post Licensing classes you have attended. Keep track of Post Licensing requirements.


What do I need for my first license renewal? 

The following information provides the necessary hours of Post Licensing education for a first year license renewal. If you have already renewed your license please see "Continuing Education".

Minimum 30 hours of Post Licensing credit covering each of the 15 modules (A-O). CE credit will not apply to Post Licensing.
