2012 Property Management Symposium
March 20, 2012
This is full day event includes two courses. "Know the Rules" from 9-12 has has been approved for 3 hours property management for license renewal. "Nonviolent Property Management..." from 1-4 is pending approval. The event includes Exhibitor hall and lunch. Cost of the event is $49 for RSAR Member or $59. Course Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled two (2) business days prior to the course will be refunded. Registration ends at 3:00 p.m. the business day prior to the course. Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. RSAR will make a reasonable attempt to offer or recommend alternative options to earn CE/PL credit in the event of a cancellation. All registrations are subject to space availability. You will be notified if the course is full.
NAR Code of Ethics Courses
NAR requires that all REALTORS® take a Code of Ethics course every four years. The deadline to complete this cycle is December 31, 2012. Below is a list of courses that satisfy the requirement. The courses below do not have CE credit for license renewal. Cost of the courses are $15. If you are unsure if you have completed the requirement please contact the Association at 775-823-8800 or email info@rsar.net.

License Renewal Online
All licensees are able to renew online. It’s quick and easy. Just a few simple steps and you’re finished. Please be sure that you correctly input your education information to ensure that there are no delays with your license renewal. The Real Estate Division does cross reference your education records so it is important that you accurately report continuing education courses you have attended. Keep track of your Continuing Education requirements.
What do I need for my license renewal?
The following information provides the necessary 24-hours of continuing education for license renewal. This information is for second year or subsequent renewals only. If you are in your first year of licensing please see "Post Licensing".
Salesperson
3 hours in Law, Agency, Contract, and Ethics. The remaining twelve can be in any category including general.
Salesperson with a Property Management Permit -
3 hours in Law, Agency, Contract, Ethics, and Property Management. The remaining nine can be in any category including general.
Broker or Brokersalesperson
3 hours in Law, Agency, Contract, Ethics, and Broker Management. The remaining nine can be in any category including general.
Broker or Brokersalesperson with a Property Management Permit
3 hours in Law, Agency, Contract, Ethics, Broker Management, and Property Management. The remaining six can be in any category including general.
