2012 Property Management Symposium

This is full day event includes two courses. "Know the Rules" from 9-12 has been approved for 3 hours property management for license renewal. "Nonviolent Property Management..." from 1-4 is pending approval. The event includes Exhibitor hall and lunch. Cost of the event is $49 for RSAR Member or $59. Code of Ethics

While it’s only June 2011, it doesn’t mean that you can’t satisfy the National Association Quadrennial Code of Ethics requirement now. You can complete the requirement online anytime at NAR. Get started.

If you are unsure if you have taken the course, simply click “RSAR Member Services”. Once logged in, click on “My Education History” and then “Personal Education Tracking”. If you have completed the requirement your record will have the following: “3^rd CoE Cycle NAR” “Completed”. The deadline to comply with the NAR requirement is December 31, 2012. Course Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled two (2) business days prior to the course will be refunded. Registration ends at 3:00 p.m. the business day prior to the course. Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS^® reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. RSAR will make a reasonable attempt to offer or recommend alternative options to earn CE/PL credit in the event of a cancellation. All registrations are subject to space availability. You will be notified if the course is full.

License Renewal Online

All licensees are able to renew online. It’s quick and easy. Just a few simple steps and you’re finished. Please be sure that you correctly input your education information to ensure that there are no delays with your license renewal. The Real Estate Division does cross reference your education records so it is important that you accurately report CE and Post Licensing classes you have attended.

Our classrooms our located at 5650 Riggins Court, Reno on the first floor. Our convenient REALTOR^® Retail Center offers snacks as well as real estate related tools like brochure boxes, stands and calculators at outstanding REALTOR^® prices. We also have the REALTORS^® Resource Center located upstairs, complete with computer and printer in case you need to access information in between classes. Our classrooms are available to rent as well..
